⛅️ Self-Hosted Configuration
Unleash now offers a self-hosted deployment option for customers who prefer to host the entire Unleash platform within their own AWS cloud infrastructure. With this setup, all customer data, cloud services, and encryption/application keys remain entirely within the customer's infrastructure, ensuring that no data leaves the secure boundaries of the self-hosted cloud tenant. Unleash personnel will only access the environment for necessary maintenance and upgrades. 📣 Adjust Tone for Zendesk and Salesforce Assistants
You can now modify the tone of the assistant's suggestions for Zendesk tickets and Salesforce cases. There are three available tones: Neutral, Assertive, and Confident.
Neutral: This is the default tone. It mirrors the language style documented in your resources and provides a balanced and professional response.
Assertive: This tone is direct and clear, communicating the necessary information with authority. It is used when conveying a strong stance.
Confident: This tone is positive and assured, instilling confidence in the customer. It is used when reassuring the customer or demonstrating expertise.
Note: The tone is configured within Unleash's bot preferences. It will be expressed in the generated Unleash suggestions within your Zendesk or Salesforce Suite.
⏰ Updates to Relative Time Filter
Previously, once a time filter was set, you couldn't adjust the original time frame. Now, you can increase or decrease the time filter for an app at any time without needing to disconnect and reconnect. This gives you greater control over the resources you index and utilize.
✅ Improvements to Answer Feedback
We've enhanced the feedback buttons for responses and suggestions generated by Unleash and its assistants, giving users more detailed feedback options. This update allows users to provide specific negative feedback, including identifying incorrect and outdated resources provided by Unleash. Users can also explain the reasons for their positive or negative feedback and, where applicable, provide a URL to the correct answer. These insights help us refine our algorithms, address any issues, and close documentation gaps.
