🎫 Zendesk Tickets
We’ve significantly improved both the speed and user experience within Zendesk tickets. Now, answers are pre-generated and instantly displayed as soon as you open the Unleash tab in Zendesk—no more waiting for the bot to load, as everything is already cached and ready.
In addition, the user interface has been upgraded. Previously, you had access only to the Summary and Resolution tabs. Now, you’ll see two additional tabs: Knowledge and Tickets.
The Resolution tab now focuses solely on AI-generated answers, with the option to refresh the suggested resolution via a new "Refresh" button that allows you to update the suggested resolution if the ticket has changed. A “Last Updated” notification also ensures you’re aware of how fresh the answer is, helping you keep responses accurate and timely. Previously, Knowledge and Tickets were displayed as filters within this tab.
The Knowledge tab provides all relevant resources from your connected apps, tailored to the specific ticket you're handling.
The Tickets tab displays similar tickets, allowing you to review past resolutions and accelerate your current ticket-handling process.
🏎 Answer Streaming
This update introduces a major enhancement in how answers are loaded and displayed. Instead of waiting for the entire response to load all at once, the answer appears word by word in real-time as it’s being generated. This update is part of a broader effort to reduce answer loading times, with more improvements planned for the future.
