💬 New Chat Assistants
We’re excited to introduce Chat Assistants, designed to provide a more focused, accurate, and personalized experience in your chat interactions. Whether you’re handling product inquiries, sales questions, or HR matters, you can now create specialized chat agents for each of these areas. By selecting a targeted assistant, you’ll filter responses to align with specific knowledge bases, ensuring more relevant and precise answers based on the topics you care about most.
In the side panel, you’ll see all the assistants available to you, provided you have permission to interact with them. Whether you’re diving into product details or HR policies, switching between assistants ensures the information you need is always at your fingertips.

Additionally, we’ve introduced a chat history functionality. Each conversation saves its own history, allowing you to either continue your previous discussion seamlessly or start fresh with a new topic.
🤖 Assistant Changes
Updates to Assistant Permissions
We’ve updated the permission levels for assistants to provide clearer role definitions:
Full Access (previously Editor): Users can edit, share, and fully interact with the assistant.
Limited Access (previously Viewer): Users can view the assistant’s configuration and interact with it, but cannot edit or share.
Interact (only for the general assistant): Users can chat and search within the assistant but cannot access its settings or make edits.
All other permission behaviors remain unchanged.
Bamboo HR Integration
You can now integrate BambooHR with Unleash using either the existing OAuth method or the newly added API Token option, offering more flexibility in how you connect the two platforms.
