🔬 Default Search Filters

We’ve added the ability to configure default search filters directly in the Admin Center within the Search Settings section.

With this feature, you can now define filters that will limit search results to your selected filters when searching from the homepage, search page, or the browser extension's search page. This allows you to streamline your search experience and reduce noise from irrelevant sources. These filters are personal, meaning both admins and members can set their own default search filters.

📲 Multi LLMs for LLM Assistants

When setting up a general assistant with a public source, you now have more flexibility—select from a broader range of LLM models beyond just GPT-4. You can now select Claude 3.7 Sonnet and Claude 3.5 Haiku. Please note that these models do not support file uploads, so the tool will be disabled for them.

📝 Zendesk Streaming & Inline References

This update in Zendesk introduces a major enhancement in how suggestions are loaded and displayed. Instead of waiting for the entire response to load all at once, the suggestion appears word by word in real-time as it’s being generated. This update is part of a broader effort to reduce suggestions loading times, with more improvements planned for the future.

Additionally suggestions now include inline references, providing clear citations that link directly to the original source of the information. This enhancement makes it easier to verify suggestions and access the full context quickly.
