💡 What's new?

✅ Cards Verification

Now, you have the ability to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information shared within your team with the new card and collection verification feature.

⭐ As a workspace owner or admin, effortless management of the verification process is at your fingertips. Access the verification badge situated in the top right-hand corner of a collection to get started. Once enabled, you can efficiently oversee the verification level of the collection and that of each card. Until verification is enabled for the collection, the cards will not display any "Verification Details.”

👮🏽 From there, you can select a verifier from the workspace, someone who will be responsible for keeping the information up to date. Once a verifier is chosen, you can then specify the verification interval, which determines how often the information must be reviewed and verified to maintain its currency.

During the verification process, cards can be distinguished by different colored badges.

A 🟢 badge signifies that the card has been verified and the information can be trusted.

A 🔴  badge indicates that the card is currently unverified and might need attention.

🤲🏽 For active participation, not only workspace owners and admins but also members can be involved. Any member of the workspace can click on a card and request verification, regardless of whether the badge is red or green. This ensures a collaborative effort in keeping the knowledge up to date.

By implementing this verification system, your team can confidently rely on accurate information, fostering efficiency and promoting a shared understanding within the workspace.

👌🏽 Wiki Permissions for Slack Channel

Previously, when the 🤖 was invited to a channel, a wiki collection was automatically created, but it was only shared with the channel member who initiated the bot invitation. However, with recent improvements, when you now invite the 🤖 to a channel, the wiki collection is made accessible to all channel members. This means that everyone in the channel can contribute their knowledge to enhance the bot's knowledge base.

By sharing the wiki collection with all members, it fosters a collaborative environment where everyone can actively participate and contribute valuable information. This not only helps in enriching the 🤖's knowledge but also empowers the entire channel community to share their:

  • expertise

  • insights

  • updates

ensuring that the bot's knowledge base remains comprehensive and up-to-date.

👀 Collection View and Tags

Collections have undergone a new organizational approach, where they are now grouped based on the tags assigned to them. In the absence of any tags, collections will be grouped together in the "Untagged" section.

To facilitate easy navigation and search, you can filter collections by specific tags. This can be done by clicking on the desired tag, either in the left drop-down panel or directly on the tag displayed on any collection page. By doing so, you can quickly access and view collections associated with a particular tag, making it more efficient to find relevant content.
