# Bamboo HR

## Connection

A connection to Bamboo HR can be established with OAuth or an API Token.

**OAuth:**

You will need your BambooHR company domain

**API Token:**

You will need an API token and your email address.

The integration supports the following resources:

- Colleagues
- Managers
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers

Snapshot sync, every 6 hours
