Updates to the collections just keep on rolling out and these are some goodies to help you effortlessly manage related company documents, links, and resources.
🗃️ Drag, Drop or Paste resources to Static Collections
Creating a collection of files and resources is a breeze - just drag and drop or paste them into the collection. If you want to add a file from your desktop, open the collection and click on "+ Add Item" then choose "File". For adding a resource from Unleash, click on the ellipse menu of the resource and select "Add to Collection.”
How does this look in action?
Keep all the necessary resources for a feature kickoff in one place, create a collection and add the project plan, feature requirements, user research, wireframes, marketing material, testing plans, and any other relevant resources. This makes it easy to access everything you need for the project from a single location.
To make onboarding new hires a breeze, create a collection and add all relevant resources such as the onboarding checklist, training manuals, company policies and procedures, benefit information, HR forms, a company tour guide, and any other necessary resources. With all the important information in one place, new hires can easily access everything they need for a successful onboarding experience.
🚚 Add Live and Wiki Collections to Static Collections
To group Live and Wiki Collections within a Static Collection, open the ellipse menu on the collection you would like to add, then select "Add to Collection." Choose the collection you want to add it to and you're done!
💆🏽♀️ Add Headers to your Static Collections
To create a section within your collection, click "+ Add Item" and select "Header." You can add as many sections as needed and organize your resources by grouping them under their relevant headings.
📌 Pin Collections to your Homepage
To have quick access to your most frequently used collections, you can pin them to your homepage. As an admin, you can also pin collections for others. This is a great way to surface important information such as links, procedures, and open tasks that are relevant to specific teams or individuals.
