Folders

Within Wikis, folders help you visually organize your content by topic. You can create subfolders within folders, up to two additional levels, allowing you to create a hierarchical structure and group similar topics together.

Creating Folders

To create a folder:

• Open the Wikis page.

• Open the wiki to add the new folder to.

• Click + Create New.

• Click New Folder.

• Give your folder a name.

Moving Folders to Different Wikis

Sometimes, a folder may better suit a specific category within another wiki. In such cases, you can move the folder to the appropriate wiki.

Note: When a folder is moved to a different wiki, the verification policy of the destination wiki will be adopted.

To move a folder to a different wiki:

• Navigate to the folder you would like to move.

• Click on the three-dot menu of the folder.

• Click Move to.

• Select the Wiki to add the folder.

• Optional: Select a folder within the wiki to add the new folder as a subfolder.

• Click Move.

Moving Cards to Folders

Sometimes, a card may better suit a specific category within another wiki or folder. In such cases, you can move the card to the appropriate wiki.

Note: When a card is moved to a different wiki, the verification policy of the destination wiki will be adopted.

To move a card to a different wiki/folder:

• Navigate to the card you would like to move.

• Click on the three-dot menu of the card.

• Click Move to.

• Select the Wiki to move the card.

• Optional: Select a folder within the wiki to add the card to. If there is no folder within the wiki, you can click + Create New in the folder box to create a new folder.

• Click Move.
