# Freshdesk

## Connection

A connection to Freshdesk can be established by an API Token.

## Supported Resources

The integration supports the following resources:

- Tickets
- Folders
- Articles

## Sync

Tickets are synced incrementally every 15 minutes. Articles and Folders are snapshot sync every 6 hours.
