# FreshService

## Connection

A connection to FreshService can be established by an API Token.

## Supported Resources

The integration supports the following resources:

- Vendors
- Tickets
- Assets
- Products
- Projects
- Articles

## Sync

Tickets and Assets are incrementally synced every 15 minutes. The rest are snapshot synced every 6 hours.

Please note that here we also have a selection screen to select the relevant resources

This integration also supports RLP (Permissions Based) but in that mode it only allows to sync articles.

We support all the 6 levels of articles permissions:

- Logged in Users
- Agents Only
- Departments
- Agent groups
- Contact groups
