# Intercom OAuth App

## Connection

1. Navigate to the **Developer Hub** section in the **Settings > Integrations**

1. In the Authentication page, click **Edit** and select **Use oAuth**

3. Under the **Permissions** section. Enable the following:

- Read and list users and companies

- Read events

- Read conversations

- Read tags

- Read one user and one company

- Read counts

- Read admins

- Read one admin

- Read and list articles

- Read admin activity logs

1. After saving the app, copy the **Client ID** and **Client secret** from the Basic Information section and share them with your Unleash representative.
