### 💬 Zendesk Embed

With Unleash’s AI-powered integration for Zendesk, your agents can access the necessary information and receive real-time coaching within the Zendesk Suite. Integrating Unleash’s search tool into Zendesk creates a singular source of truth across all knowledge sources, documents, and teams. Your agents will love the speed at which they can learn, respond and become well-equipped to handle every ticket with reliable, accessible, and consistent information.

Here’s how:

- The Unleash Assistant conducts automated scans of the ticket your agent is handling and provides suggestions for answers or relevant articles, in real-time, generated from the knowledge stored across all your enterprise applications.
- Open the Unleash App, begin searching, see your calendar, collections and more by clicking on the Unleash icon on the left hand panel
- Pull up the Unleash Launcher and do a quick search by hitting the Unleash icon on the top right hand side
