🏡 Multiple Homepages

Introducing a new feature that enables workspace admins and owners to create multiple homepages tailored to the unique needs of various teams, groups or topics in their organization! With this feature, you can create dedicated spaces for your teams, providing them with quick and easy access to the most important information and tools they need to work efficiently ✨

For instance, the Sales Team can have their own "Sales" tab with collections of sales enablement resources and training and development materials, along with announcement posts that are relevant to their work. Or specific teams can be informed of a new feature by creating and sharing a tab with information that outlines the feature's key aspects and benefits.

To create a custom homepage, simply click on the "+" icon next to the home tab 🏠 on the Unleash Homepage. You can then name the tab and select a collection to pin to the page or add a post. Once done, click "share" and choose who you want to share the tab with.

With this feature, you can customize your workspace to meet the unique needs of your teams, improving their productivity, collaboration, and overall effectiveness.

Note: Only Workspace Owners and Admins can create tabs and posts, invite members and control the position of every widget and post in the created tabs. Members can only view tabs they are invited to and interact with the information in those tabs. They cannot take any action.

You can now create posts and share them across your various tabs to keep your workspace updated and help them stay in the loop.

Your posts can have titles, media (such as images and external links), and be shared across specific tabs of your choosing.

Click on the “Post” button (the top right hand corner) to get started!
