📋 Summary Ticket Tab for Zendesk

Introducing the new summary tab for Zendesk tickets. Before when opening a ticket, Unleash would open alongside with a recommended answer. Now that same function splits into a recommendation tab and the new summary tab. The summary will give you a summarized version of the ticket so you can skim through the problem and find and answer with ease.

Select your HRIS in the Unleash to Unleash, Unleash will use it as a source when providing answers to your questions. EG: “Who is the Project Manager at ACME?”
