Trigger events
Admins can choose which events trigger notifications for Email, Slack, or Teams:
Sync Failed - The sync process encountered an issue.
Expired Credentials - The authentication for a source has expired.
Email notifications
Who to notify?
All workspace admins - Sends notifications about every shared source to all admins.
Source owner only - Sends notifications to each source owner about shared sources they created.
Custom - Sends notifications to one or multiple selected admins for every shared source.
Note: Private sources can only send notifications via email, and only to their owners.
Slack Notifications
Who to notify?
Recipients are determined by each Slack webhook. Admins can configure multiple webhooks to send notifications to a DM or a channel.
