🪃 Knowledge Prioritization in Assistants

You now have the ability to tailor the prioritization of data sources for the bot, extending across all assistants like Slack and Zendesk.

When you prioritize resources, the bot will initially look for answers within the prioritized resources. If no answer is found, the bot will then search for answers from other connected resources.

Within the "Knowledge From Apps" section in Unleash, when you have multiple resources set as knowledge from apps, simply click on the prioritization icon (upward arrow). Once activated, this signals a "boost," prioritizing the selected source.

➕ Updates to Slack Bot

We've introduced a new toggle feature that empowers administrators to manage the capability of members to add Assistants to channels and workspaces. By default, everyone will have the ability to invite the bot, and the settings page includes the toggle option to restrict this permission if needed.
