Our Unleash bot enhances support interactions for your agents by offering automated response suggestions and surfacing pertinent articles from your designated knowledge base when they open any ticket. With quick access to the Unleash app and launch bar within Zendesk, get the answers you need in seconds, elevating your customer support efficiency. Plus, you have the flexibility to configure the bot to draw answers from specific knowledge bases you've set within the assistant's section in Unleash.

📙 New Wiki Tab

We're excited to announce a major improvement: Wikis now have their own dedicated tab, separate from Collections. Within this Wiki tab, your content is further organized with Cards grouped in their own section, providing a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. This update simplifies content management, enhances content organization, promotes collaboration, reduces cognitive load, and allows for user customization. We believe this change will significantly enhance your experience on our platform, making content management more efficient and user-friendly. To create a new wiki or cards, just click on the “+” button, same as before.
