The People page is essentially your workspace directory, designed to improve workplace transparency and connectivity. It integrates with HR SaaS tools to keep information about your colleagues current and accurate. You can filter the directory by title, site, department, and manager and manage to quickly find the right people and discover who is working on what. Detailed contact information allows for easy communication with colleagues.

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for connecting the HRIS source that will display the information for the people’s page and any workspace directory related questions.

Tips for the People Page

• Hover over a colleague’s cell phone number, email address, or site and click to copy it.

• Click on a colleague to open a pop-up with more details.

Latest Activities

The Latest Activities section shows the most recent interactions between you and your colleagues. This includes emails, calendar invites, chats, and shared documents where you were cc’d, invited, or had access permissions. Unleash ensures that you only see information and resources you are directly involved in, and it does not display any documents or resources accessed by your colleagues that you don’t have permissions for.
