When creating Assistants in Unleash, you can easily share them with your workspace, groups, or individual teammates. This ensures everyone stays up to date with relevant information and has the appropriate access to the assistant’s settings and knowledge. You can also assign specific roles, such as full access, limited access or in some cases interact access, enabling your teammates to either contribute to or stay informed on the assistant’s content.
Full Access: Users can edit, share, and fully interact with the assistant.
Limited Access: Users can view the assistant’s configuration and interact with it, but cannot edit or share.
Interact (only for the general assistant): Users can chat and search within the assistant but cannot access its settings or make edits.
When you grant a teammate/group interact permissions on a general assistant you, the assistant will be added as a chat assistant under their chat assistant options.
Sharing an Assistant
To share an assistant:
Open the Assistants page.
Click to open an assistant.
On the top right, click Share.
To share with a member or group:
Enter the name of the member/group.
Select their permissions: full access, limited access or where applicable, interact.
Click Share.
Close the window.
To share with the entire workspace:
Toggle on Everyone at Workspace.
Select their permissions: full access, limited access or where applicable, interact.
Close the window.
