Using tags allows you to effortlessly indicate the topic or interest of the wiki or card. By tagging wikis and cards consistently, you can create a well-structured repository of information that is easy to navigate and manage, ensuring that you and your team can easily access and discover important information. You can add a tag either when creating a wiki or card or later on and search for it according to its tag.
Examples of Tags:
Content: "faqs," "procedures," "guides.”
Audience: "beginner,” "advanced,” "expert."
Teams: “product,” “sales,” “it.”
Adding Tags to Wikis & Cards on Creation
You can add tags to both wikis and cards by following the same process.
To add a tag:
From the Wiki/Card creation page, click Add Tags.
Enter the tag name and choose from the existing tags.
If the tag you want doesn’t exist, click on the option Create New.
To add more tags, repeat the process.

Click Add Tags.

Filtering Wikis or Cards by Tag
Filtering wikis or cards by tags allows you to quickly and easily find information related to a specific tag, ensuring you can stay updated on relevant documentation related to your tag. This streamlined approach enhances your ability to locate important resources quickly.
To Filter Wiki by Tag:
From the Wikis page, click on Tags.
Enter the name of your tag.
Click on the relevant tag.
To Filter Cards by Tag:
From the Wikis page, click on All Cards.
Click on Tags.
Enter the name of your tag.
Click on the relevant tag.
