💬 Chat Page
Introducing Unleash Chat, the ChatGPT of your workplace! Unleash Chat integrates its deep understanding of your company's content, employees, and activities and how they interrelate to deliver personalized answers just for you. Ask questions directly from the new Chat page in the left sidebar or click on "Ask a Follow-up" after receiving an answer to a question on the search page to seamlessly continue the conversation.
With each generated answer, it's important for us to receive your positive or negative feedback. This helps us improve our algorithm and enhance the quality of responses to your questions.
📄 Federated Answers for Zendesk and Salesforce
With our new federated approach, suggestions for tickets and cases are derived from multiple sources, ensuring you receive the most accurate and comprehensive information. You can click to open any of the resources provided to be redirected to the resource. The example below shows how the answer was synthesized from four documents: a Google Doc, a Notion page, and two other resources.
🤖 Configuring Bot Sensitivity
You can now configure the response length for the Slack, Teams, General, and RFP bots.
For each platform, you can set the response length with options for short, standard, and long, with the default being standard:
Short: Typically consists of 1-2 sentences, providing quick, straightforward answers.
Standard: Slightly longer, usually a paragraph or a few sentences, offering more detailed explanations.
Long: In-depth and comprehensive, often spanning multiple paragraphs or containing detailed explanations.
For Slack, you can also select the bot's sensitivity, meaning you can choose when the bot returns a response. The default is set to professional queries.
Every Message: Receive responses to all questions.
Work Related Question: Get answers only for work-related inquiries.
Explicitly Mentioned: Responses are provided only when the bot is tagged.
🔗 Shared Links Indication
The connection card now displays whether it is Permissions-based or Discovery, making it easier to troubleshoot connection issues and queries. This feature helps you and your team better understand the permissions granted when accessing resources.
