Intercom OAuth App

Connection

1. Navigate to the Developer Hub section in the Settings > Integrations

2. Click on New App to create a new OAuth App.
   
   

3. In the Authentication page, click Edit and select Use oAuth

4. Enter the Redirect URL provided by your Unleash representative
   
   

5. Under the Permissions section. Enable the following:

   - Read and list users and companies

   - Read events

   - Read conversations

   - Read tags

   - Read one user and one company

   - Read counts

   - Read admins

   - Read one admin

   - Read and list articles

   - Read admin activity logs

4. After saving the app, copy the Client ID and Client secret from the Basic Information section and share them with your Unleash representative.
