Connection

A connection to Notion can be established by a personal OAuth connection.

To get started, you’ll need to select which content Unleash can access in Notion. This is a required step mandated by Notion and applies to all Notion links from the same account. This means the changes will affect all Notion connections in Unleash. To manage this effectively, we recommend sharing all relevant documents with Unleash. However, you can reduce the scope for each connection by using the connection screen in the syncing stage.

Once this step is complete, you can choose the specific content Unleash should sync from Notion. This allows you to control which pieces of content are synced for each particular link.

For example, if you have two teams, Security and IT, and only give Unleash access to IT pages during setup, the Security team won’t be able to access what they need. To avoid this, share all pages with Unleash at first, then create separate connections to share only the relevant pages with each team.

Supported Resources

The integration currently supports the following resources:

• Pages

• Tables

• Lists

• Galleries

• Calendars

Filtering and Selection

Unleash enables you to customize your sync settings by selecting specific resources or opting to sync all available resources.

Sync

Incremental sync every 15 minutes.

Note: After the initial sync, some selected resources might not appear immediately, even if the sync completed successfully. This delay occurs because of Notion API behavior, which takes some time to propagate selection changes. These resources will be included in subsequent syncs.
