We're excited to unveil an enhanced Quick Actions Power Bar experience, now available on the web and desktop apps! This update makes it easier than ever to navigate pages, search for answers, and take actions in Unleash—faster and more intuitively.

As part of this update, we've added a dedicated Quick Actions button to the Unleash side menu, providing quick access to the quick actions power bar. Alternatively, you can activate it instantly by pressing CMD + K (or CTRL + K for windows).

With the Quick Actions Power Bar you can:

📢 Adjust Tone for Assistants

Previously, tone settings in an assistant's default instructions were only available for Zendesk, Salesforce, and General LLM assistants. Now, you can customize the tone for all assistants, including Unleash AI, in the default settings.

You can adjust the tone to :

• Neutral: This is the default tone. It mirrors the language style documented in your resources and provides a balanced and professional response.

• Assertive: This tone is direct and clear, communicating the necessary information with authority. It is used when conveying a strong stance.

• Confident: This tone is positive and assured, instilling confidence in the customer. It is used when reassuring the customer or demonstrating expertise.

🔄 New Sync Controls

We’re introducing two new sync management features to shared links: Automatic Sync Control and Force Sync, giving you greater flexibility over shared link updates.

🔄 Data Sync

Workspace owners, admins, and link creators can now enable or disable automatic syncing for shared links. By default, automatic sync is enabled and will continue unless manually turned off.

⚡ Force Sync

Need to update a shared link immediately? Owners, admins, and link creators can now manually trigger a sync whenever needed by clicking on the syncing arrow on the top left of the link tab.

Updates to Browser Extension

💬 Resume Last Thread with Assistant

We've introduced a new feature in the browser extension that lets you effortlessly pick up where you left off in your last thread with an assistant. If a previous thread exists, a "Resume Last Thread" button will appear in the assistant. Clicking this button will reopen the most recent thread, displaying all previous messages, so you can seamlessly continue the conversation.

This feature enhances navigation and boosts efficiency for both internal and public chats, making it easier to stay on track without losing context.

🎨 Enhanced Capabilities

The browser extension now offers smarter, more efficient search, allowing you to apply filters, ask questions, and quickly find relevant sources—all from the search tab.

You can also streamline access to key resources by creating Go Links directly within the extension. Simply paste a link, click "Create New Go Link," assign a memorable shortcut, and save—making it easier than ever to navigate to frequently used pages with a single click.
