📲 Custom Slack App

Workspace admins can now create fully customized Slack apps directly from the Unleash platform, tailored to their team’s needs. Personalize key elements like slash commands, shortcuts, app descriptions, and app settings.

Your custom app can:

  • Be invited to channels as a channel assistant

  • Answer questions in channels using connected assistants

  • Be managed via the Assistant Configuration page in Unleash

  • Be DM’ed questions and will provide answers

This release empowers organizations with full white-labeling capabilities, granular permission controls, and a seamless, branded experience across their Slack workspaces. Admins can also define whether members are allowed to invite assistants to all channels or restrict access to specific ones. Learn more about creating Custom Slack Apps.
